KNOW THE PROGRAM
The agreement between the University of Piura and Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) Spain offers students from the Faculty of Law, both from the Lima and Piura campuses, the opportunity to obtain a double degree from both universities.
Students must complete his last year from UDEP at Camilo José Cela University virtually or in person in Madrid, Spain to obtain a degree in Law from UCJC.

Through the different itineraries of the UCJC Law Degree curriculum, students will be able to specialize in the most sought-after and highly employable sectors in the legal field:
- ICT Law: The student will acquire knowledge about data protection, compliance, cybercrime and industrial property.
- Security Law: The student will acquire knowledge about the legal regime of public and private security, road safety, penitentiary institutions, state security forces and bodies and international and European regulatory sources for the prevention of occupational risks.

The calls will be open to UDEP students who meet the following requirements.
- Students of undergraduate academic program of Law that are found in 10th cycle and have passed the corresponding number of credits, according to their study plan.
- Students who have the ability to express themselves, both orally and in writing.
- Students who do not have any disciplinary sanction or debt at the university
The call will be made once a year, and the directors of each academic program will make the final preselection.
The academic programs will carry out the internal selection among interested students, who present the following documents:
- Official academic record.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Motivation letter to pursue your studies at Camilo José Cela University.
- Copy of valid passport.
- Law students can obtain a double international degree in five and a half years of study. 6 years at UDEP + 1 year at UCJC.
- UCJC has an average score of 3 out of 5, according to the ranking of QS Stars University RatingsIn the areas of employability and facilities it has been awarded the maximum score (5 stars) and 4 in internationalization and integration.
- The university offers students the opportunity to address the legal challenges posed by emerging technologies, through the CIJE Legal Innovation Centre.
- Students will be able to participate in the International Club, where they carry out intercultural activities, organized by Fulbright teaching assistants.
