Presentation
The Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana is a private, non-profit higher education institution, founded in 1936 and run by the Archdiocese of Medellín. It is accredited by the National Accreditation Council. Its main headquarters is located in the city of Medellín and it has other branches nationwide such as in Bucaramanga, Montería, Palmira, and Bogotá. Its student population is approximately 29,000 students.
The UPB aims to provide society and the world with excellent professionals, but above all, upright and comprehensive people prepared to face life, its challenges and conditions.
