KNOW THE PROGRAM
The agreement between the University of Piura (UDEP) and the University of Queensland (UQ) – Australia allows students from both campuses (Lima & Piura) of Business Administration and Economics to obtain a double degree at the bachelor's level from both universities.
Students in both academic programs will complete their last semester of UDEP at the University of Queensland, where after a full year of studies in Brisbane (Australia) they will be able to obtain a bachelor's degree from UQ.

About the program
UDEP students will study Four and a half years at this university and an additional year at UQ (4.5 + 1)In the case of Business Administration, this duration is taken into account for the UQ Bachelor of Business Administration, with a specific specialization in Marketing or Human Resources. In the case of Economics, the duration applies to the UQ Bachelor of Economics without a declared specialization.
Application requirements
The calls will be open to UDEP students who meet the following requirements.
• Undergraduate students of the aforementioned programs who are in the 8th cycle of studies and have completed the corresponding number of credits, according to their curriculum.
• Students who have international certification that accredits a high level ofEnglish (IELTS, CPE/CAE or TOEFL).
Academic IELTS: Total score of 6.5 and a minimum of 6 points in each section of Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening.
TOEFL iBT (including Paper Edition): Total score of 87 with a score of 21 in Writing and Reading, and a score of 19 in Speaking and Listening.
CAE/CPE: Cambridge Global Scale (CES) of 176 with a minimum score of 169 in each section.
• Students with a minimum GPA of 12.5.
• Students who do not have any disciplinary sanctions or debt in the university
The call will be made once a year, and the directors of each academic program will make the final preselection.
Final selection process
The academic programs will carry out the internal selection among interested students who present the following documents:
• Curriculum vitae in English.
• Academic history in English.
• Motivation letter to pursue your studies at the University of Queensland in English.
• English language proficiency certificate. international exam
• Two letters of recommendation in English
• Copy of valid passport.
After being admitted, the student accepts the offer by paying the deposit to UQ (14,000 Australian dollars which guarantees the place and is used for the first semester's tuition at UQ).

• Semester 1 (February): Apply until the end of September of the previous year.
• Semester 2 (July): Apply until the end of February of the same year.
