Presentation
The PUCV is a heterogeneous institution and, through its nine faculties, covers a wide variety of areas of knowledge ranging from the arts and humanities to engineering, including basic sciences, education and theological studies.
It is one of the institutions with the longest history and prestige of Chilean higher education. Since 1928 it has developed uninterrupted academic, research and extension work, directing its work to the cultivation of arts, science and knowledge, always under the motto bequeathed by its founders: Faith and Work.
