PAYMENT FORMS WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

Before making the pension payment, please take the following into consideration:

  • The personal data requested are from the cardholder, except the client code, in which you must indicate your child's ID number.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to the email indicated in personal data. It is not necessary to provide confirmation of payment.
  • Payments made will be updated in our systems within 24 hours.

  • The card has to be enabled by your bank for online purchases, and have the necessary balance.
  • You must enter the full amount of the fee considering the two decimal places it has, if applicable. If you want to pay two installments together, enter the sum of both installments. It also allows partial payments, for this you only have to enter the amount that will be amortized.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VISA SERVICE

  • The application for membership is accepted by the University with the sole submission of a duly completed membership form.
  • VISANET and the issuing Bank will not be responsible for the acceptance or rejection of the membership application.
  • The charge to the card will only be for the academic pension right during the months of March to July and August to December. It does not include registration fees, summer courses, substitute and/or postponed exams, or other academic fees.
  • The request for automatic charging to the Visa Card will be valid until the client requests the University to disaffiliate from the system. However, at the end of each academic semester the card will be provisionally disaffiliated and re-affiliated at the beginning of the next semester. If you do not wish to continue with the membership or if there is a change in the card, it must be communicated to the University Pensions Office no less than 2 weeks in advance of the collection date. Recurring payments due within the aforementioned 2 weeks may be charged to the cardholder.
  • The charges will be made for the amount and timing ordered by the University, without responsibility of the Bank and Visanet, as long as the client has a line available and sufficient to make the payment of the entire amount required by the establishment.
  • The bank will charge the amount ordered by the University up to the maximum amount established by the cardholder. If the order amount exceeds the established maximum amount, it will not be processed.
  • In case of replacement of the card due to loss, theft or expiration, the bank may inform the University of the new card number and continue with the automatic charge. Notwithstanding this, it is the client's obligation to inform the University of the change in card number.
  • The client may submit a request for temporary suspension to the University no less than 2 weeks in advance of the collection date, especially in cases of cycle cancellation or voluntary withdrawal. The suspension does not exempt the cardholder from their obligations to the University.

In no case are Visanet and the bank responsible for the provision, continuity, quantity and quality of the services provided by the University. They will also not be responsible for errors or delays in the presentation of recurring charges to the bank, nor for the timely delivery of payment receipts to the cardholder.
