REGISTRATION PROCESS 2024-II

Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2 | Academic load validation phase (It is required to have made the registration payment and outstanding debts to date.) |
Wednesday August 7 | Phase of publication of results of the academic load request. (The time depends on the Faculties and Academic Programs) |
Thursday, August 8 to Friday, August 9 | Extraordinary course registration phase. Prior to this phase, you must have paid registration and outstanding debts. |

- All students may cancel their academic enrollment rights from Friday, July 19 to Wednesday, July 31.
- To choose subjects (Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31, depending on their group), the student must enter https://inscripcionpiura.udep.edu.pe through SIGA. The online registration phase will be available at the following times:
Group 1: Engineering and Educational Sciences, from 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 30 to 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 31.
Group 2: Economic and Business Sciences, Law, Humanities and Communication, from 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 31 to 9:00 am on Thursday, August 1 (24 hours). - It is important to consider that, to grant enrollment in a course, the following criteria are taken into account: student cycle, index and academic performance.
- The academic load will only be maintained for those students who have canceled their academic enrollment right up to and including Wednesday, July 31.
- The validation of the registration payment will be made from Thursday, August 1 to Friday, August 2. Those students who have not canceled their registration will lose their academic load.
- If the student took substitute exams and/or postponed exams In the academic period 2024-I, these academic rights They will be collected together with fee 1 of 2024-II.
- If the student has not paid the registration fee until Wednesday, July 31, he or she can complete the registration process in the Extraordinary Phase, from Thursday, August 8 to Friday, August 9. To participate, you must previously pay the academic right of tuition and debts. For this phase you must follow the instructions that each Faculty has established and that you will find in the SIGA and CANVAS publications.
- If the student has an observation of “Academic Separation” or “Voluntary Withdrawal”, he must confirm his registration at the Secretary of your Faculty, before canceling the academic right at the Bank.

Economic data 2024-II
- The enrollment account will include all debts owed to the University at the time of registration. make the payment. If you do not cancel, on August 1, web registration for the subjects will be eliminated.
- Starting on the 2nd business day of having made the registration payment, you will only be able to cancel pension installment 1 corresponding to the 2024-II academic period, in the pension accounts of BCP, BBVA, Scotiabank and Interbank. We remind you that The maximum deadline to pay the first installment of ordinary payments is August 5.

If by Wednesday, July 31, the student does not pay the registration fee, registration for the courses will be removed. You can register for the extraordinary phase, from Thursday, August 8 to Friday, August 9, according to the schedule established by the Faculty.
